Why foreign students dislike Braised Food ?
Most of foreign students do not like sweet sauces,and they feel Taro cake taste weird because it is soft and sticky.



The broth is a unique mixture of clove, star anise, cinnamon, sugar, salt, water, and some other spices. You can choose the materials you like to have ,  and hand to the storekeeper. He/She, then, cooks the foods in the broth, and simmers them until well savored.


Most of the materials are hard tofu, Black rice , Needlemushroom, King Oyster Mushroom, Cabbage, Pork intestines, Bean Curd Sheet, sausage and etc.
