Why foreign students dislike  Oyater Omelet ?
Many foreign students don't like seafood, especially the aboriginal oyster.

Not only is Oyster Omelet a popular dish in Taiwan, but also very popular in Singapore, Malaysia, and some other places in Asia.

The Taiwanese oyster omelette is a street dish made from eggs, small oysters, vegetables, and sweet potato starch. Mostly it cooked in a fry-pan.
The sweet potato starch gives the omelet its characteristic gelatinous, slight chewy QQ (as Taiwanese like to call it) texture. Its the favorite part of the oyster omelet. But for some foreign students, it's terrible to have chili sauce sweet, and the oysters smell unpleasant. These may have been the reason why some foreign students refuse the Taiwanese oyster omelette.

If you don't like oyaters, maybe the shrimp omelet is an alternative.
If you also don't like, you can eat oyster omelet flavored biscuits, maybe you can accept.
